PhD Students

1. Accommodation is reserved at the ERDIS Student Residences. Payment is the responsibility of the student
2. The cost of meals at the university canteen is €5.50 (three courses) € 3.30 (two courses)
3. All UNICAM doctoral students are covered by INAIL insurance for accidents occurring within the university structures
4. For the first year of the course, doctoral students are covered also by a special insurance for foreigners as stipulated by the University of Camerino with the Unipol Sai Div. La Fondiaria Company (Personal Health Policy - Reimbursement of medical expenses). Students are strongly advised to register with the National Health Service as soon as they have the receipts certifying the request for a residence permit.
5. Doctoral students receive a free local bus monthly card
6. The Welcome Service and the SAS Offices offer support and checking for compilation of the documents to request tax code / residence permit / registration with the National Health Service / family reunion, as well as providing information for the offices or organizations where to submit specific requests.

Visitors and guests

1. Where possible accommodation is reserved at the ERDIS Student Residences. Payment is the responsibility of the guest. Accommodation to families cannot be offered.
2. The cost of meals at the university canteen is €8.00 (three courses) €4.80 (two courses) .
3. The University Guest House has 19 places available in single and double rooms for short period stays. By law, it is not possible to accommodate families in the Guest House.
4. The Welcome Service and the SAS Offices offer support and checking for the bureaucratic procedures, as well as providing information for the offices or organizations where to submit specific requests. In the case of a Hosting Agreement (Convenzione di Accoglienza), the visitor/guest will be fully supported by the university office in charge (Area Persone )
5. Visitors/Guests are covered by a special insurance for foreigners as stipulated by the University of Camerino with the UnipolSai Div.La Fondiaria Company (Personal Health Policy - Reimbursement of medical expenses). Depending on the period of stay, they are advised to register with the National Health Service as soon as they have the receipts certifying the request for a residence permit.
